Our room was spotless and brand-new and it came with comfortable bed as well as a jetted tub. Loved really helpful and very helpful staff, their care for us. The hotel was set in a remote area really close to wal-mart other eating places and Roanoke, Weston and surrounding areas and WV mountains.

This location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, just off a lake in the mountains, Stonewall Resort and wal-mart other eating places and gas. The staff were hard-working, really helpful. I liked the double room with a couch, showers.

A double room with showers and a nice bathroom, for example was ready when we arrived. The breakfast was marvellous and delicious, featured variety of meals. Every staff member was accommodating and amiable. This hotel was set in a remote area really close to Stonewall Resort, the Stonewall Jackson lake and mini golf.

The hotel is an easy base for a trip in Roanoke. The location is stunning in the mountains. It's also very close to other activities, and wal-mart other eating places.

The location was perfect, close enough to a lake in the mountains and a boardwalk and off-road segways, zip lining, a nice miniature golf course. It also was on the hill. Tbh, had a very good stay during the holidays.

The location of the resort was perfect for us, as it was right on the lake. We took advantage of the small marina and rented a boat for a few hours, which was a fantastic experience. The room we stayed in was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff was attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were some issues with the service during busy times at the restaurants. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and there were not enough staff members to meet the demand.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the outdoor areas and the clean, relaxing pool at the resort. The views overlooking the lake were breathtaking. Activities like hiking, kayaking, and even the boat ride on the lake added to the overall experience. The smores kits provided for the firepit were a great idea and added a fun twist to our stay.

I felt really comfortable during my stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

The location was favourable, the breakfast was delicious. The staff were absolutely courteous and excellent day and night. Got studio with comfortable bed as expected, appreciated it.

We had a marvelous 40th anniversary getaway at this resort. Our room had a stunning view of the lake and we were greeted with balloons, chocolate bars, and an anniversary card. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. The food was out of this world and the outdoor firepit for Smores was a great touch. I highly recommend this resort for a special occasion celebration.
